Thank you to the man at G's Dairy!

In one of my classes my teacher always talks about a place in Rexburg called G's Dairy. He gets his milk there and always talks about it. Today in class my roommate and I thought going to G's Dairy and getting ice cream sounded really good. Even though it snowed today and is cold outside.
We decided to ask our other roommates if they wanted to go with us.
We normally don't do things as roommates but thought we would ask. 4 out of the 6 ended up going. As we got there a young men and young women's group had just arrived after they had been to the temple. Since their group was all together as more and more people came we let them go in front of us. A man came up to us and said that if we tried to blend in and look really young whoever was paying might just pay for us too. We all laughed at his joke and said we would try to look young and blend in. After they were all done getting their ice cream and the majority of them had left we were finally able to place our order. Little did we know the man who had talked to us before had prepaid for all of our ice cream. By the time we figured this out he had already left and it was too late for us to tell him thank you. A few people from his ward were still there and we told them to pass on the thank you from us. I was so grateful for this man's generosity. He didn't know us and didn't have to purchase our ice creams but we were all so grateful. It was a great reminder of how little acts of kindness can make a big impact in someone’s lives. I am very thankful for this man and the kindness that he showed. It was a great way to end the day!

Thanks for sharing your experience at G dairy. I'm sure the man who was so kind went away smiling too. Now it's your turn to find someone to surprise with your service. . . . I love how we can always pass it on.
See you soon,
