Counting down the days

We had a doctors appointment today and the doctor says I'm at 39 weeks and 1 day. I think they have moved my due date back to the 21 when it originally was instead of the 26. I don't know when or how that happened but I'm not complaining.The doctor said if I haven't had Kemry by Tuesday the 22 then we will schedule a day to be induced so I don't go over 41 weeks. So Kemry should be here before the 28th we are thinking.
I can't believe that is less than 2 weeks away. I have been finishing up some projects before she gets here like a car seat cover and some burp cloths. Part of me feels like this pregnancy has gone by so fast that I can't believe it is almost time and I don't feel ready for her. I don't know that we will every be ready but we are so excited!
Thankfully the pregnancy hasn't been too bad. I have still had lots of energy, no contractions yet. And sometimes I'm able to sleep all the way through the night. Which will end for sure as soon as she is born. My ankles still get swollen but that has been happening for a while. I thought I would feel a lot worse being this far along so I'm really thankful. Hopefully labor and delivery will go as smooth as the pregnancy has!
